Data

Most of my papers have freely available supporting information files (at the journal websites) which contain the paper's raw data. To make this data more easily accessible and encourage re-analysis and model testing I also collect that data here. Please contact me if you would like to obtain specific datasets. The papers corresponding to these datasets can be found here.

Biotransformation (metabolism) kinetics of organic xenobiotics and bioaccumulation kinetics in Gammarus pulex
Time series of measured concentrations of parent compounds in water as well as time series of measured internal concentrations of parent compounds and metabolites. Parent compounds were: 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene, imidacloprid, 4,6-dinitro-o-cresol, ethylacrylate, malathion, chlorpyrifos, aldicarb, carbofuran, carbaryl, 2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,5-trichlorophenol, pentachlorophenol, 4-nitrobenzyl-chloride, 2,4-dichloroaniline, and sea-nine (4,5-dichloro-2-octyl-3-isothiazolone)

This is the raw data of the paper: Ashauer, R; Hintermeister, A; O'Connor, I; Elumelu, M, et al. (2012): Significance of Xenobiotic Metabolism for Bioaccumulation Kinetics of Organic Chemicals in Gammarus pulex. Environ. Sci. Technol. 46 (6), 3498–3508.
